If Minurso is the only UN peacekeeping mission which doesn't have a human rights bureau, we shouldn't forget that the refugee/illgally confined people camps in Tindouf are the only ones who are self-run. Which means by Polisario. Thus, not monitored by international bodies like UNHCR, NGOs,...Then, what about the human rights inside them ?!
